Do you charge for delivery?

Nomvea offers free shipping within the United Kingdom.

What should I do if I receive an item that is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email info@nomvea.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

After assessment, you can choose a replacement or a full refund.

What if I want to cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@nomvea.com. Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet entered the processing stage.

What are the return requirements?

Items can be sent back within 30 days from the delivery date. Requests submitted after this timeframe cannot be accepted.

  • The item must be unused and unwashed.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • All tags must remain attached.

Who is responsible for the shipping fee?

Customers are responsible for the shipping fee.
