Order Processing and Delivery
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase. From there, we begin preparing your order for shipment.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed after the daily cut-off time of 16:00 GMT will be processed on the next business day.
- Dispatch Notification: When your order ships, you’ll get a second email containing your tracking details.
- Transit Time: Delivery usually takes 4-6 days (Monday to Friday) once dispatched.
In total, you can expect your order to arrive within approximately 5–9 business days from the date of purchase.
Nomvea offers free shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom, regardless of quantity.
Possible Delays
Occasional delays may occur due to:
- Peak periods or public holidays
- Severe weather or other natural events
- Courier or operational disruptions
If Your Order Is Delayed
- Please allow an additional 3 business days beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.
- If the order has not arrived after this period, contact info@nomvea.com for assistance.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@nomvea.com. Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet entered the processing stage. If you no longer want to keep the item after delivery, you can request a return by following the procedure outlined in the Return and Refund Policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email info@nomvea.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
After assessment, you can choose a replacement or a full refund.
